I’m Grace
I love adventures, animals and anything magical!
My brother Oliver and I have a very special Magical Touch. When we close our eyes, think very, very hard, and touch each other’s fingertip, we can grow extremely tall or shrink to the size of a blade of grass. It can often get us into some really funny scrapes… and sometimes even SCARY adventures!

My sister Grace has told you about our special Magical Touch. I like to use it more than her, but I can’t because we have to touch fingertips for it to work. That means we have to stick together! I don’t mind too much, because it does get us into all sorts of amazing and funny situations.

Funny Face Sandwiches
You will need
- 2 slices of bread
- Cheese
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Ham
What to do:
- Put your favourite filling between the bread.
- Ask an adult to cut the sandwich into a square or triangle.
- Use cucumber slices for eyes.
- Use tomato for a nose.
- Use strips of cheese to make a big smile.
- Give your sandwich a name!
Cheesy Potato Boats
You will need:
- 2 small cooked potatoes
- Grated cheese
- Sweetcorn
- A little butter
What to do:
- Ask an adult to cut the potatoes in half.
- Scoop out some of the potato.
- Mix it with a little butter, cheese and sweetcorn.
- Spoon the mixture back into the potato skins.
- Sprinkle more cheese on top.
- Ask an adult to heat them until the cheese melts.
